1 oz Muddle&Wilde Lime-Jalapeño
1 oz fresh lime juice
3 oz tomatillo & cucumber juice*
4 oz mezcal (or tequila)
* for the tomatillo & cucumber juice, blend 2 tomatillos with 1 Persian cucumber and strain out the pulp
Prepare your glasses: For the rim: grate lime peel and mix with salt. Use some Lime-Jalapeño syrup to moisten the rim and stick into lime salt. (or use just salt, or Tajin for the rim)
Add 1 large ice cube to glasses.
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into prepared glasses. Garnish with fresh lime and a cucumber stick.
