Pisco Sour with Allspice-Ginger-Lime

0.5 oz Muddle&Wilde Allspice-Ginger-Lime

3/4 oz Lemon juice

1 oz aquafaba (juice in a can of chickpeas, substitute with egg white)

2 oz Pisco

Angostura bitters

Dry shake ingredients (without ice) till foamy, and then shake hard with ice to chill. Strain into chilled glass and add a few drops of Angostura bitters on top.
